LINC
LINC is a mindset for young adults who are passionate about getting involved and shaping what kind of thriving community the Suncoast region will be in the future. Standing for Lead, Impact, Network, Change, LINC gives its members the opportunity to become more involved in their community – either individually or while experiencing the fun and camaraderie of a group dynamic.
Upcoming events include small group volunteering and there is no cost to participate.
Why LINC:
LINC engages in the work of United Way Suncoast through volunteering and advocacy. Working alongside the community and being part of a collective impact is the heart of what it means to be LINC. As a LINC member, you’ll find countless opportunities for connecting to our work such as refurbishing a Quality Childcare Initiative site, building literacy and summer break kits, helping out at one of our Resource Centers or participating in our annual Week of Caring and other Days of Service.
Most of all, these opportunities allow you to gain firsthand experience of the impact you can have in our community.
Benefits of LINC:
- Volunteer hands-on in meaningful ways
- Learn about the challenges facing our region and how you can make a difference
- Connect with our diverse Suncoast community
- United with like-minded individuals and make new friends
- Be an advocate of United Way Suncoast’s DEI commitments
