Young Leader’s Society/Tocqueville Society Leadership Luncheon with Kyle Taylor

Speaker: Kyle Taylor, Founder and CEO of The Penny Hoarder, a media company based in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida.

Kyle Taylor is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and the founder & CEO of The Penny Hoarder — named the fastest-growing private media company by Inc. 500/5000 two years in a row. The Penny Hoarder has helped millions of people transform their finances, providing editorial and video programming with the sole purpose of helping people stress less about money, all while remaining self-funded and profitable since its inception in 2010.

In November 2017, Kyle, alongside the Mayor of St. Petersburg, announced that the company would bring more than 160 jobs to the Tampa Bay area over the next three years. He continues to double down on that effort, having grown The Penny Hoarder to 100+ employees and more than $35 million in revenue. Before founding The Penny Hoarder, Kyle spent six years on the road as a campaign worker crafting messages, directing field strategy, and raising millions of dollars for important causes. A proud resident of St. Petersburg, Florida, Kyle remains active in his local community. He speaks nationally about entrepreneurship, alternative career paths and mission-based work.
