United Way Suncoast names Jennifer McIntosh as the Organization’s New Chief Talent Officer.
Tampa, FL (February 18, 2021) – United Way Suncoast has appointed Jennifer (Jen) McIntosh as its new Chief Talent Officer. As Chief Talent Officer for United Way Suncoast, Jen leads the talent function and ensure strategic emphasis is placed on advancing the organization’s culture, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, and a host of other initiatives to ensure the organization’s, our employees’, and our communities needs are best served. Jen will lead the important work of building diverse teams and fostering workplace cultures that contribute to individual and organizational success.
Prior to joining United Way Suncoast, Jen served as the Vice President and Chief People Officer of AACSB International, a non-profit membership association in the higher education industry, where she provided strategic direction and operational oversight for the multinational association serving over 100 countries and territories, with nearly 100 employees in the U.S., The Netherlands and Singapore. Jen began her career in the mental health field, contributing at a leadership level to several facets of operations including human resources, quality improvement, and risk management.

A fourth generation Floridian, Jen has made Tampa her home only leaving briefly to attend The University of West Florida. She returned to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. She is a graduate of the Leadership Tampa class of 2009, and has served as a volunteer for organizations primarily focused on education, children and families, and women’s issues.
